I am happy to share my drug development and people leading experience and insights.
Bio
I am a neuropharmacologist by training. I have 29 years of pharmaceutical experience as a drug developer, starting at the bench. I have worked in discovery, development, business development and project management. I have contributed significantly to the discovery, development and launch of several medicines (Abilify, Forxiga, Xigduo) and coached many drug developer colleagues. I am member of the Project Management Office at Janssen, located at the La Jolla site. I am heading Nonclinical Project Management, we support the company's whole portfolio managing preclinical DMPK, safety studies and bioanalytical work.
