Devynne Kapocsi

Devynne is the Innovation Activation Specialist with Johnson & Johnson Innovation, JLABS working out of JLABS @ NYC. In this role, she is responsible for supporting the strategic planning, development, and implementation of marketing and events to engage the local entrepreneur ecosystem for the greater New York City area.

Prior to joining JLABS, Devynne worked in Enterprise R&D Communications for Johnson & Johnson Innovation supporting various strategic programs across the enterprise, in addition to projects supporting the Office of the Chief Scientific Officer. Devynne was responsible for event management, content creation, and social media strategies for various internal and external programs that helped position Johnson & Johnson as a champion of science and partner of choice. She also managed the yearly budget for the Innovation, Global Health, and Science Policy Communications team.

Prior to this role, Devynne was a Project Coordinator for Johnson & Johnson Innovation where she assisted in the implementation and execution of sponsorships, provided speaker support, and created content for the JJI intranet.

Devynne attended Rider University in New Jersey where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Elementary Education.
